Where do you ship?

• We ship all over the USA where CBD sales are allowed. 

• If you live in Idaho, Hawaii, Mississippi, New Hampshire, South Dakota; you will need to contact us directly.

• We do not ship out of the USA.

How long will it take to get my order?

​

• Orders generally take 5 to 7 business days from purchase till arrival at your door.

• Any major US holidays may delay the delivery of your order.

 

What’s your return policy?

• Return any item that is defective, damaged, or incorrect within 7 days from the time of your order's arrival. You can contact us at info@becultivation within those 7 days to discuss your exchange solution.

• BE Merchandise LLC is not responsible for any delays in delivery or damage done to product while in transit.

 

What is the Return/Exchange process?

• Send us an email at info@becultivation.com. The email should include your order number and the reason for your return/exchange. We will reply within 48 hours of the email. 

• All Products shipped back within 30 days of ship date.

• New product must be untouched and unopened to receive a full refund.

• Used Products that have been contaminated may be subject to restocking fees up to 40%.
